Asian Child Care Referral (ACCR) Program is one of the programs offered by the Community Services Division of the Chinese-American Planning Council, Inc. It is also a member of the New York City Child Care Resource and Referral Consortium (CCR&R) that is composed of five child care resource and referral agencies in New York City. Our program offers free and low-cost services by providing comprehensive, city-wide and culturally-sensitive child care resource & referral services to children & families, and it is committed to improve the quality of child care services, as well as provide a wide range of free technical assistance, low-cost trainings and professional development opportunities for child care programs & providers.
